After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

L’AMOUR NOIR currently offers free standard shipping on all orders to destinations covered by our available shipping zones.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our third-party fulfillment and logistics partners. Depending on the product and destination, orders may be dispatched from outside the European Union.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service. More detailed delivery information will be provided in our Shipping & Returns information and, where applicable, during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in this section affects your mandatory rights regarding delivery under applicable consumer law.

6. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel supplied with a hygiene seal or protective seal may only be returned if that seal remains intact.
Where a hygiene or protective seal has been removed or broken after delivery, the right of return may not apply where the product is no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
