RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At L’AMOUR NOIR, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you wish to return an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel supplied with a hygiene seal or protective seal can only be returned if the seal remains completely intact and has not been removed, broken or damaged.

Once a hygiene or protective seal has been removed or broken after delivery, the item cannot be returned where the product is no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We recommend trying on lingerie over your own underwear and keeping all hygiene protection, tags and seals intact until you are certain you wish to keep the item.

Items should be returned free from make-up, perfume, deodorant, body products or other signs of wear or use.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not send a return before contacting us. Returns sent without a prior return request may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we explicitly agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at lamournoir.lingerie@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law without additional return costs to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns of:

lingerie or intimate apparel where a hygiene or protective seal has been removed, broken or damaged and the item is no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
items that have been worn, washed, used, altered or damaged after delivery;
items without their original tags or required hygiene protection;
personalised or custom-made products, where applicable;
gift cards.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

SETS & BUNDLES

Lingerie sets and bundles are sold as complete products. If you wish to return an eligible set or bundle, all pieces included in the original set or bundle must be returned together.

Partial returns of individual pieces from a set or bundle may affect the amount eligible for refund, subject to applicable consumer law.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Sale and promotional items may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they meet the conditions of this Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for discounted or promotional purchases will be based on the amount actually paid after any discount has been applied.

Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle or multi-item offer must be returned in accordance with the conditions of the promotion. Any refund will take into account the discount or promotional benefit originally received.

All applicable hygiene and protective seal requirements described in this policy also apply to sale and promotional items.

SIZE & FIT

Please note that some L’AMOUR NOIR styles may run smaller than standard European sizing.

We recommend carefully checking the Size Guide and any Fit Note displayed on the product page before placing your order.

Where indicated on the product page, we recommend choosing one size up for the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.

Sizing recommendations are provided to help you choose the most suitable size and do not affect your statutory consumer rights or your right to return an eligible item in accordance with this policy.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another size or a different product, please return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.

EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

Exceptions provided by applicable law remain applicable, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
