HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Our styles may run smaller than standard European sizing. We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. Where indicated on the product page, we recommend choosing one size up for the best fit. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Your privacy matters to us. All L'AMOUR NOIR orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times depend on your location. You will find the estimated delivery time during checkout and in your order confirmation.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition with all tags and hygiene protection intact. Please see our Returns Policy for full details and exclusions.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return the eligible item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the issue and help resolve it.
